Materials

Biothane – 1″, 1.5″, & 1/2″  wide, Beta 520 Super Heavy Biothane

Buckles –Our buckles are Solid Brass,  Nickel Plated Steel, Black Powder Coated Steel, or Stainless Steel. We offer standard, curve, and roller buckles in each finish when possible.

Rings – We only use welded or die cast rings for maximum durability. Your rings will be Nickel-Plated Steel, Black Powder Coated Steel, Solid Brass, or Stainless Steel based on your clip choice.

Chicago Screws – We only use Chicago screws, which are a stronger, more secure fastener than other options such as double cap rivets.  Black Powder Coated Brass, Nickel Plated Brass, Solid Brass, or Stainless Steel screws are available.

These high-quality screws not only extend the life of your item, they can also be removed to repair your product if needed. We initially secure each screw with a drill, but it is important to periodically check and tighten screws on your item. It is possible for them to loosen over time and use.
