Current processing times are posted on our home page. We make every effort to meet processing time expectations, but will not guarantee a specific ship date as each item is hand made after the order is placed.

Information Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that information on our site is complete, accurate, and current. However, information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. All specifications, products, and descriptions on the site are subject to change at any time without notice.

We cannot guarantee that colors as they appear on your screen will appear the same in person. However, we offer color sample packs and recommend purchasing one if you are trying to color match another item.

We do our best to provide all relevant information about materials and metals from our suppliers, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information as provided to us.

Due to raw materials shortages and supplier back orders, we cannot guarantee the exact appearance of any hardware used. We only substitute with equivalent quality, base metal, and strength.

Primary Material

Biothane is a name brand of PVC coated webbing. There are other brands of PVC coated webbing, which are often mistakenly labeled as Biothane. We only purchase from dealers who carry authentic Biothane.

After Purchase

We are not responsible for damage, limited life span, or failures that occur as the result of a lack of proper care or general use of the item you purchased. However, we offer support and low cost repairs for when things just don't go as planned.

Liability

While we strive to provide proper instructions, superior craftsmanship, and safe products, we cannot test every scenario or potential use. Each item is to be purchased and used at the customer's risk.  We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person, animal, or property of any nature.

Any use of the item outside of the specified purpose in the description may pose an enhanced risk to the user and additional precautions should be taken to ensure safety.

Allergens

These items are made in an environment with multiple potential allergens; including, but not limited to, animals (dogs), food allergens, and household cleaners. Each item is disinfected prior to shipping, using clorox wipes (or similar), but we cannot guarantee an allergen free item. We recommend all items are washed and disinfected again prior to use.
