3/4″ Wide Slip Lead

Slip leads are one of the most useful things to have for your dog! It’s an all-in-one collar and leash combo that easy to store and easy to use. The end makes a loop that you slide over your dog’s head and with it’s added stopper, you can tailor the size to your dog’s neck.  A stopper is installed after the loop that creates the collar part, limiting the maximum size for the collar portion to where you position the stopper.

Design

This slip lead has a single weave at the O ring, a stopper, and a looped handle. If you choose the handle as the same as the primary, it will be made all in one piece.

Stopper is installed tightly on the slip lead to prevent un-intentional sliding. It’s secured with a Chicago screw, which is easy to remove and can be tightened/loosened to match your preferences. Stopper is installed after the loop that creates the collar part. A 2nd stopper can be added before the ring, limited movement in both directions.

Materials

Biothane –  3/4″ wide, Beta 520 Super Heavy Biothane

Rings – We only use welded or die cast rings for maximum durability. You’ll customize the slip collar with your choice of Nickel Plated Steel, Black Powder Coated Steel, Solid Brass, or Stainless Steel rings.

Chicago Screws – We only use Chicago screws, which are a stronger, more secure fastener than other options such as double cap rivets.  Black Powder Coated Brass, Nickel Plated Brass, Solid Brass, or Stainless Steel screws are available. These high quality screws not only extend the life of your item, they can also be removed to repair your product if needed. We initially secure each screw with a drill, but it is important to periodically check and tighten screws on your item. It is possible for them to loosen over time and use.
