Returns & Refunds

Overview

Most items are made to order, using the customizations you provide and are typically not returnable. However, there are certain circumstances when returns and exchanges are accepted.

 

Eligibility

Exchanges & replacements are offered when there was an error making your product, such as being made in a size, length, width, color, etc., that you did not order.

Replacements are offered in the event your item arrives damaged from shipping.

 

*In the event your item just isn't what you expected or there was an error in your order details, we still want you to have a usable product that you love and great experience! Email [email protected] with the same information requested under 'Submitting a return request' below and we'll provide any available options.

 

Requirements

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.

If the original item needs shipped back, it must be sent within 7 days of your return request.

 

Submitting a return request

Send an email to [email protected] with the following-

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Brief description of problem
  • Photos of your item (if it arrived damaged)
  • Ideal solution (re-make, refund, exchange)

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also confirm refund status and any additional steps needed at that point.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days of confirmation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in response to your return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item unless postage is provided as part of your return request response.

Shipping costs are typically non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Trackable shipping and shipping insurance should always be used when returning an item.
