Materials

Biothane – 3/4″ wide & 1.5″ Beta 520 Super Heavy Biothane

Check Chain- Our martingale check chains are Nickel Plated Steel with welded links and rings.

Rings – We only use welded or die cast rings for maximum durability. Your rings will be Nickel-Plated Steel, Black Powder Coated Steel, Solid Brass, or Stainless Steel based on your selection.

Chicago Screws – We only use Chicago screws, which are a stronger, more secure fastener than other options such as double cap rivets.  Black Powder Coated Brass, Nickel Plated Brass, Solid Brass, or Stainless Steel screws are available.

These high-quality screws not only extend the life of your item, they can also be removed to repair your product if needed. We initially secure each screw with a drill, but it is important to periodically check and tighten screws on your item. It is possible for them to loosen over time and use.
