What is the current order processing time?

Is rush processing available?
When order volume allows, rush processing is offered for an additional fee. Email [email protected] before placing your order to confirm availability of rush processing at the time.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Email [email protected] to request a change. Changes can be made without additional charges up to the point that materials have been prepared to make your item.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Your order may be canceled up to the date the finished product is mailed. However, a full refund is only offered if the order is canceled in the first 48 hours. After that, a service charge of up to 30% of the total will be held from the refund to cover time and materials already used. Email [email protected] to request a cancellation.
I received my item, but I measured wrong and it doesn't fit. What can I do?
Collars can be altered! Often, altering an item is relatively inexpensive and has a quick turn around time. Email [email protected] with your order information and needed alterations for a quote.

What is Biothane?
Biothane is a durable, stink-proof, strong, waterproof, latex free, vegan alternative to leather. Bonus! You can even disinfect it!
Biothane consists of a strong inner webbing with the break strength of 1,000lbs/inch of width. It has an outer coating of PVC that has both the look and feel of leather products.
Unless specified, each item is made with Super Heavy Beta 520 Biothane, which is approximately 3.56-4.06mm thick and is the closest match to leather.
How do I wash my item?
Wash with warm water, dish soap, a sponge/rag to remove general dirt and grime. It can also be cleaned with a baby wipe or Clorox wipe.
Will my item require maintenance?
Unlike leather products, there's no need to condition or buy special soap. The material itself doesn't require maintenance.
However, your finished item will need light maintenance.
Each item is made using Chicago Screws, which can loosen over time. It's important to periodically check and tighten the screws on your item. We are not responsible if a screw loosens or comes out. Replacement screws are available for purchase.
Is there anything I can't use with Biothane?
According to the manufacturer, products containing DEET, like bug sprays, will damage Biothane.
